Noted artist Vian Borchert's portrait paintings of David Bowie are on exhibit at the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia, PA for January 2023. The exhibition, located on the museum's main floor celebrates David Bowie’s creative legacy. The museum's David Bowie exhibition is in collaboration with the city of Philadelphia "Philly Loves Bowie" week commemorating the late David Bowie with a portion of the proceeds supporting Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The David Bowie exhibition is curated by the National Liberty Musuem's curator, Meegan Coll. The museum is dedicated to preserving America's heritage of freedom by encouraging people to find their own place in the story of liberty; and showcases artwork by renowned American glass artist, Dale Chihuly.
